Luyangs

The six lines in the typography shows the strings of guitar through which I wanted to bring the essence of music.

Print design for carrying bag in Ladakh

This is the design which is going to be printed on the carrying bag sold in Ladakh which is around for 20 or 25 bucks. These bags are full plain which doesn't have any print. So my brother suggested me to design something which can make the bag look nice and at the same time carries some information regarding Ladakh.

In this assignment, we were suppose to visit a workstation and search for ergonomics problem. We had to solve the problems according to a book called 'Indian Anthropometric Dimensions' and make small prototype with sunboard.

I tried to take advantage of the cheapness of the material and make something out of it. At the same time its very light in weight.

This is CD cover design for 'chalo cha' a musical video song by Stanzin Gyurmet which was done for final submission of his three year film studies course.

goun entertainment

My brother wanted a logo for his production since he is doing film studies. So we both kept the same concept for our logo and made his production as 'goun entertainment' and mine as 'goun design'.

I was thinking of a form which would represent my family. Thus my logo was inspired by the shape of my house.

guinjo

This is my final instrument and I made it with plywood, Whey protein bottle and guitar strings. The T-shaped thing is for changing the tune from high to low tone and vice verse.

The function of the bottle is for amplifying the sound. And I named my instrument as GUINJO because I incorporated the idea of a guitar and a banjo.
